Seasonal Body, Mind, Spirit Detox
Choose the length of your seasonal detox program based on your availability and health optimization goals. Each program option starts with a 90-minute kick-off session to learn the key activities of the program and receive guidance on meal prep, daily routines, and purchasing your supplements and household products. This can be attended in person or online. Group check-ins occur once per week, online only, and provide an opportunity for questions and discussion as you do the program.
